Amanda has been taught and trained by the developer of M3H2 himself, J. Snuka II. She has always taken her role as a mother very seriously but felt her home was chaotic and was constantly overwhelmed. That’s not the woman she is today. With the training from her mentor and the M3H2 system, she’s now the confident and composed woman she had the vision of becoming.
There was once a time when she thought life wasn’t worth living anymore and that her family was better off without her. She’d allowed the enemy to take over her thoughts. With her moral, mental, muscle, heart and hustle way of living she’s more resilient than ever before. Amanda truly believes and is battle-ready for life’s daily challenges. She’s passionate about coaching mothers and women looking to live a more balanced life.
Amanda’s mental toughness is how she’s accomplished 6 marathons, with two of them being the Boston Marathon. Living the 5 basic concepts of M3H2 helps her live holistically. Amanda loves to read, research, learn, challenge herself and have dance parties with her family in the kitchen. She’s currently working on writing a book and continuing her education.
